With off-street parking for 3 cars you’re going to love the convenience of this location. It’s less than 9ks to the city centre and only 5 minutes to the famous Weta Cave where imaginations of all ages will be rewarded. You should also check out Scorch-O-Rama for a super hero burger on the waterfront, it’s only a 3-minute drive along the coast.
And if you’re flying in to Welly your trip from the airport to this amazing seaside cottage is just 12 minutes.
• No noise after 10pm
• No visitors. This means that only the exact guests who are booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in you being removed from the property immediately and all costs associated with this will be on-charged. If you are wishing to have guests visit you when at the property please get in touch with us prior to your booking as we can make the odd exception on a case by case basis.
• If you are taking the property for longer than two weeks then the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking.
• If you lose the key a replacement fee will be charged.
• For any lockouts, the guest will be charged a service fee for re-entry and in some cases a locksmiths fee.
• Our check out is 10am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 for every half hour you remain in the property.
